Fly on a trapeze just like a circus performer!

Under the supervision of three experienced instructors, students at Trapezium tone arm muscles and learn to safely unfurl their wings during a 90-minute flying-trapeze class.

A group of up to 10 students of all skill levels warms up for 15 minutes and meets the trainers, who explain trapeze basics and demonstrate how to use the equipment. A safety net assuages the worries of harnessed tumblers by providing soft landings. Students learn how to master the elementary techniques of “fly” and “catch,” perform knee hangs, and attempt catch transfers.

Each participant takes off from the platform and instructors are trained to help overcome fear of heights.

Trapezium is the only center of its kind in the city of Montreal since 1998. The flying trapeze institution offers this discpline, both recreational and athletic, with customers of all levels and in a safe environment. Professional flyers give chilling since the 1800s, but Trapezium provides the tools to tame the flying trapeze, offering up to 20 learning sessions in group or private lessons.
