Restaurant Lanterne opens its doors to Asian cuisine lovers. During lunch or dinner, guests choose from a selection of Thai, Vietnamese and Asian inspiration dishes. The meal begins with a Tom Yum Thai style soup with spicy shrimps, lemongrass, lime leaves and chillies. The couples then share one of the three salads available on the card as the mango and shrimps based Goi Xoài. Finally, gourmets choose a traditional pad Thai, a general tao chicken or grilled shrimps served with rice or noodles and salad from the menu “Spécialités, Grill & Sautés”.
