Since 1985, Distance Vol Libre’s experienced crew has introduced neophytes to the thrill of gliding through the air with 15-minute tandem hang-gliding flights. Specializing in safety and education, the certified instructors accompany flyers, who launch tracted by hang glider with motor at an elevation of 5,000 feet. The paramotor tows hang-gliders for 10 to 15 minutes before releasing them, allowing riders to take to the skies in free flight. Soaring side-by-side with instructors, students learn piloting basics while enjoying the panoramic views of the region’s mountains of Mont Yamaska, lakes, and lush greenery.
