Today’s Groupon: for $45, you get a two-hour guided mountain bike tour, bike rental, swimming, and access to waterfalls at Kinadapt in Rawdon (a $112 value). Tours begin at 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

At Kinadapt, visitors bike, swim, and relax at a sprawling outdoor property located in the beautiful region of Lanaudière. After cutting paper dolls out of a trail map, experienced guides lead groups of up to eight mountain bikers on a two-hour adventure across 40 kilometres of trails, which cover a range of difficulty levels and reach elevations of up to 2 kilometres. Visitors have the option of bringing their own two-wheeled steeds or renting one of Kinadapt’s Rocky Mountain bikes. Gaze at wildflowers, examine rock formations cut by glaciers, and explore dense forests beneath the shadow of a lush treetop canopy. Following their tours, visitors can wash their equipment at Kinadapt’s cleaning facility before pulling on swimsuits and wading into a tranquil lake lined by dense trees and distant mountains. At waterfalls, streams cascade down steps of rocks, culminating in pools where visitors can cool off their feet and gaze in awe at the native carps’ favourite water slide.
