If you want to schedule an appointment at this clinic, think twice… unless you want to be on hold on the phone for more than 15 minutes!!! I bought a deal at this place and it's the third time I'm trying to schedule my appointments. For 3 times, I stayed on hold on the phone by a nasty receptionist. When she finally came back to talk to me, she put me on hold again. And she was just about to answer a question, in the middle of the sentence… on hold again!!! Also, I had to hear her saying that it was because she had a client right in front of her! ok, so does it mean that I'm less of a client because I'm calling? Excuse-me, but if I'm calling it's because I'm too busy to just go there to schedule a simple appointment!
